Follow the steps listed below, for your browser, to prevent the secure connection message from continuing to appear and to be able to access webmail.

Microsoft Edge Users

1. Open Microsoft Edge
2. In the address bar at the top type in the following:
edge://flags
3. Press enter and on the screen that loads, at the top in the search bar type in the following: TLS
4. Press enter to search and then look in the results for "Show security warnings for sites using legacy TLS versions" and "Enforce deprecation of legacy TLS versions", click the drop down menu next to each one and select "Disabled".
5. Once both are set to disabled, click the "Restart" button in the lower right corner.
6. Once Edge reloads, close the experiments page that opens and continue to webmail.

Google Chrome Users

1. Open Google Chrome
2. In the address bar at the top type in the following:
chrome://flags
3. Press enter and on the screen that loads, at the top in the search bar type in the following:
TLS
4. Press enter to search and then look in the results for "Show security warnings for sites using legacy TLS versions" and "Enforce deprecation of legacy TLS versions", click the drop down menu next to each one and select "Disabled".
5. Once both are set to disabled, click the "Relaunch" button in the lower right corner.
6. Once Chrome reloads, close the experiments page that opens and continue to webmail.
